上次談到水中運動的執行和壓力衣物的建議
若是執行『水上運動』
水上運動有:衝浪、泛舟、溯溪或攀岩等,到底該不該穿戴壓力衣物呢?
執行水上運動時,強烈建議要戴壓力衣物喔!
對於中、高強度的水上運動,建議使用有壓力等級2壓力袖套與壓力襪。
運動後請立即沖洗與擦乾身體,塗抹乳液,預防皮膚乾燥。
最後等乳液吸收後再穿戴壓力衣物可預防乳液材質破壞壓力衣物纖維。
切記:
執行水上運動前請與受過退腫相關訓練醫療人員確認淋巴水腫治療階段、有無皮膚感染與破損。
退腫期建議以輕強度運動爲主。
若出現皮膚紅腫熱痛、開放式傷口、感染或免疫低下等情況皆不建議從事水上運動喔!
